We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from HockeyShot. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your order.
Extreme Glide Synthetic Ice and Clearance products are final sale and ineligible for return.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a full refund, you must initiate the return within 30 days of your order being delivered.
Please package the item(s), unopened and unused, in a box with the original packing slip. A copy of the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email is also acceptable. Please do not send any return without one of these items, we will be unable to identify and verify your purchase and a refund will not be processed.
Please note: Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Orders being returned within the US or Canada are done via our automated online Return Center.
If the item(s) you wish to return arrived in only one box, please continue using our Return Center to generate a return shipping label.
If the item(s) you wish to return arrived in more than one box or carton, please contact Customer Experience for assistance as multiple return shipping labels are required.
Access the Return Center via the links below and follow the step-by-step process to initiate your return and generate a return shipping label. This process is fully automated and self-service. Once you generate your shipping label you can drop your package off at the closest location of the carrier that generated your shipping label (UPS or Fedex).
Only return-eligible items with requests submitted within the return period can be made via the Return Center.
